With proms coming up, I just wanted to remind all the young people to be very careful while travelling and BUCKLE UP. :)

On a related note, I spoke with my mom earlier today. After a prom last night, in her area, around 5:00 this morning, a vehicle carrying 5 teens who attended the prom, had a very bad accident. Four had passed away, and the 5th is not expected to live. :( She wasn't sure what caused the accident, but it was unsure whether any of the kids were wearing a seat belt. Two of the students lived about 30 miles from her.

they knew all that dancing would lead to raunchy cheap hotel room escapades. Just cant trust those west texas teenagers and their hormones.

The prom for my class in 1972 was canceled. Only about 5 tickets were bought out of a class of 225 kids.

When I was in High School...only students of that school could attend prom. Since I didn't much date anyone I went to school with, I could either go without my date, go with someone from school or dateless ...or not go....I just didn't go and never regretted it!!
