Crap...that's a long ways to run under Canadian rules...I'd probably have the WR in motion running behind the LOS, then start running up right before the QB hikes the ball, and the QB does a toss out to the wide out so that it almost resembles a WR reverse. Then, I pull the guard and leave the RB running behind the WR, and just try as many laterals as possible to get the ball in to the endzone.

A good fake behind my left tackle to my FB, then QB around the right outside with a pitch option to the RB. Unless my QB is left handed, then reverse all that.:D
