I don't know who this person is, but if it's a coach you may want to read rule #3. Either way, those comments are not necessary.

CAN HE JUST BRING SOMEBODY IN LIKE THAT?WOULD IT BE BETTER TO GET SOME APPLICANTS,AND MAYBE A COMMITTIE FROM THE COMMUNITY TO INTERVIEW AND SEE WHO BEST FITS FOR THE JOB.
