thinking about purchasing a pair of these:

ive never had etonic's before and basically chose these because of the way they look - they do not have spikes but have 'grip' bottoms.....

i have a pair of the nike shox (w/ spikes) for when i walk 9 (sometimes 18) holes in the afternoon, but those are pretty casual and i was wanting something a little less casual....

thoughts???

I like 'em. Kind of European looking. Etonics aren't bad.

Nothing wrong with them, I personally like t go with Footjoy or Nike when it comes to golf shoes.

I have had two pairs of Etonics over the roughly 40 years I have been playing, and both pairs were very good. Comfortable and durable, despite the hell I put them through in my younger days.
