66, I have you by a couple of years, but don't post near as much (< 8%). The age spread on here is really quite interesting. Just shows how great high school football is.

There is no substitute for years of experience to gain wisdom!

70 here and will be 71 in September. No silly fask mask or bars on head gears until I got to college. Folded up my baseball glove and put in back pocket during high school. Played in the Mineral Water Bowl game in 1959 for Austin College, (Sherman), we got beat 21-20 by Emporia State out of Emporia Kansas (NAIA back then could not go for two, just got one point after TD whether you ran or kicked). Nine grand kids, most of whom have either played for or will play for the Celina Bobcats. Current one (#33), a junior corner and wide receiver, made the catch after Troy ran around for a while and threw the pass that kept the drive alive for the winning td in the State final game against China Spring. Don't post much, just read and stay amused by some of the info.

The key word is gained...

Wisdom is gained through experience, not earned through age.
