Pc Help!!!

Friday afternoon while I was out of the office my boss decides to download and/or watch something online and now he has the "worm.win32.netbooster" virus or tracker or some very annoying thing on his computer! :mad:

Any guesses as to who has to deal with it? :rolleyes:

Anyway, I've found some "solutions" online and just wanted to ask if any of ya'll have had this problem?

Does anyone ever use bleepingcomputer.com? That site directs me to downloading stuff to correct this problem from "smitfraudfix" .... I am SO clueless.

I don't want to screw up his pc more than it already is!!!
