I am not an expert but it might be a good idea for female athletes to wear sports bras! I saw a girl run the hurdles this weekend without one. As she started out I noticed her making an unusual motion with her right arm after each hurdle. As she came around the turn I realized that with each hurdle she cleared her bra strap kept falling off of her shoulder. So she would clear a hurdle, hit the ground, and push her bra strap back in place. She did it all with remarkable form and won her race by a good margin though!

Heck, my fiance wears one nearly everyday and still manages to bounce when she walks. I can't imagine her running without one.

I remember a while back while working out on my lunch break there was a lady on the treadmill and from what I could tell she wasn't wearing a sports bra..It was tough to focus that day for me

yes, but it was started by a male, and continued by more of them!

it can only be expected that we would stray off topic

Wow RM. And I thought my life is exciting. After 40 years of the same husband, my wife probably thinks an annual "get-away" is three days with me gone!

Some of the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders are 18 and 19 so, yes, I'm technically guilty of ogling. :( :( :D
