texans are getting better every years and the cowboys only have 4M and two draft picks in the first round... its a wonder how they will work thats out... renogtiating contracts!

1) Signing bonuses do not go toward the cap
1A) Signing bonuses can be split through a number of years to ease the financial burden on the payor, much like a contract. But this one is gauranteed.
2) 4M is just for this year, and you can backload a contract.


So its pretty easy to see that can't be an argument.

So its pretty easy to see that can't be an argument. Just don't backload too much or you'll be in serious trouble in a couple of years.
