ok is it when you are talking about a person they are unorganized but if you are speaking of an inanimate article such as a room is it disorganized?

Well since you brought me into it.....lol!

From what I can remember, there really isn't right or wrong time to use either word.

Unorganized is basically the older "version" of disorganized!



or



disorganized not properly planned and controlled; (of a person) unable to plan one's activities efficiently.

unorganized not organized.

Disorganized is strong and disapproving; unorganized is mild and may be neutral.
