Youth baseball

Hey gang. I know that the membership of the Downlow stretches out and touches many different people with many different specialties. I am in the very early stages of developing a youth basebal program. No, I'm not talking about putting together a tournament team either. I'm talking about starting a Little League type organization with fields, a board of directors, and several different age groups. I was wondering if there were any experienced grant seekers around. I have a location eyed and I think I might be able to pin it down pretty cheap. What I am trying to find is some funding to build some fields. The location I am after already has bathroom facilities and is located beside an irrigation canal therefore field irrigation will be easy and cheap. Backstops and other fencing materials are rather costly though, not to mention seating. Anyone with any ideas please either reply here or send me a PM.
