Texas simply doesn't match up...memphis is too long on the perimeter for Texas....Abrams can't get any looks and Augustin simply can't penetrate...

this is getting ugly

Texas looked intimidated honestly... settled down a tad toword the end...

play of the game for Texas so far was Augustin just going out of bounds instead of throwing the ball back in... I could see a 3 on1 for memphis and a backboard shattering if he throws that back in...

down by 11? that's good considering the way it was going...

foul trouble hasn't helped... and they need to slow it down...

Saw Memphis live earlier against Rice...they are every bit as impressive today as they were several weeks ago in Houston. I don't see this team getting beat.

This one is way past over. Once Memphis negated UT's run early in the 2nd half and actually pushed the lead to 12 with 13 min left...it was over. :(

Memphis deserved to win and my bracket will be alright. I have UNC winning it all so good luck to Memphis in the final 4. It was classy at the end to just give the ball up instead of taking the shot.

You cant blame Barnes..He had maybe his best season as a coach, taking a team that lost the POY and most had ranked in the 15-25 range to begin the season..beat 3 top 5 teams in regular season and made the elite 8..If his starters all return next year they should start the season as a top 3 team

Texas is close...they really just have one missing piece and that's a guy with size out on the wing...I think Pittman really progressed this year so they are ok in the paint I think....they just need a big wing guy so they can bring Mason in off the bench as an energy guy

and unless he can magically grow 3"...he's never going to be. He's not getting any taller...so he might as well turn pro while he's still a hot commodity. Look at Roy Hibbert, he waited around and now he'll be lucky to be a first round pick. Two years ago he was a high lottery guy.
