looks like the district is shaping up to be a battle between sweeny, columbus and needville.

needville softball scores was an eye opener......

wharton is usually pretty tough in softball.

Needville travels to Columbus on Tuesday and hosts Sweeny on Saturday. Gonna be some great baseball the coming week.

yes they beat Royal 44-1 a couple of week ago

Hate to say this but im sure a lot of Class 2A and A schools could beat Royal

Hate to say this but im sure a lot of Class 2A and A schools could beat Royal Yea I just looked it up on the interent and sure enough, 44-1. Good lord. They should have forfeited after about 20 runs. I saw that the girls won 20-0 that same day. Geez. That's bad.

Sealy paper said the coach kept his starters in the whole game, so they would not get out of rythem for their next opponent.
Not showing to much class beating someone 44-1 and not pulling the starters out!
