I just saw on Sportsline that some group started the CBI this year.
It has 16 teams which makes a total of 113 making the post season (65 for NCAA and 32 for the NIT). That's 33% of teams making the post season. Crazy.
I don't understand the need for this. This tournament has teams with losing records.
