NEW YORK -- Businessman Stephen Chang is suing over a lap dance.
He claimed a stripper swung around and hit him in the face with the heel of her shoe.
The securities trader said he suffered what court papers describe as "serious injuries" when the stripper's heel hit him in the eye.
The accident occurred during a paid lap dance last November at the Hot Lap Dance Club near Madison Square Garden in New York City.
There was no comment from the club's lawyer.
The club's Web site called the place the "Playboy Mansion of Manhattan party lofts."
Admission costs $50 and lap dances go for around another $40.
