Newton and Bridge City battle this week with the winner getting the 21-3A tittle...Bridge City will be the D1 team out of this district...Kirbyville controls its own destiny and with wins over Orangefield and Woodville (the 2 worst teams in the district) then Kirbyville gets the last spot...if Kirbyville loses then tiebreakers come into play..

I figured that since old cardinal found it necessary to come to 22-3a and bash that district, that it only be right that someone come to the 21-3a topic page and speak a few words. I guess it would be easy to come out of a district when it is only a two team race, compared to a district that has four teams competing for a playoff postion year in and year out. But, words have never won a football game, so let's leave the team bashing out of it and let the teams, when and if they meet, to make the only statements that count, out on the field. K?
