We should definitely see if Dallas will be in the hunt after this week after winning 5 in a row against soft competition. I think they will win at least 2 of these, maybe all 3.

Mavs and Spurs gotta help themselves by winning to keep pace in the wild wild West.

Dallas is 29-4 at home this season...most people don't realize that.

Don't be surprised if they take all three.

Expect at least two.

Yeah, that's the bad thing about Detroit. They have an attitude
like we win when we feel like it. Right now they're basically
locked into the #2 seed. If they stay there they might avoid
playing Cleveland and/or Orlando until the conference finals.

As a fan I would prefer they play all their remaining games like
they mean something. But, no they'll coast into the playoffs and hopefully
not get beat by a team they shouldn't have...see last year's
playoffs.:(

I think they will take at least 2 of 3 and possibly get the sweep. Dallas appears to be making their move and are playing under the radar. They are starting to come together and I expect them to be a major player in the playoffs.

You think one of those teams can beat boston in a series?

No. I guess I should've worded it better. I would rather Boston
beat them rather than Detroit having to.

Boston's one torn ACL away from being eliminated in the second
round.

They will not beat Detroit in a seven game series.

I think the only team in the East that has a chance to beat Boston would be the Pistons. I would prefer to see Boston win that series, though. In the West, as of right now, Houston definitely looks like the team to beat. In a series with Houston, the way their playing, I don't think either Eastern conference team can beat the Rockets. Just my opinion, though.

They will not beat Detroit in a seven game series. You could say that for any team but good job throwing a great hypothetical in there.

So, say Billups tears his ACL, is Detroit not done then? C'mon, every team is one significant injury away from getting destroyed.

That is how every team is especially in the west, lose your best player for a week and you are out of the playoffs.

Boston could afford to lose a player more than detroit.

I don't agree. IMO opinion the two players that would hurt both
teams the worst are not their two best players....that would be
Rajon Rondo and Tayshaun Prince.
