New CBI Tournament

Does anybody know if the bracket has been released yet? SHSU was on the bubble to be in it just wondering if it has been announced since was supposed to be released today after the NCAA

Virginia, Brown, Ohio, Utah, UNC-Wilmington, Bradley, Houston, Nevada, Washington, Richmond, and UTEP... have been announce so far, SHSU might have declined due to financial matters... Just speculation from my friend who writes for the school paper.

I know that Texas Tech, Missouri and Wake Forest declined. Official bracket hasn't come out yet since they don't have 16 teams. This is a terrible idea IMO. Wonder how much longer until they call on Oregon State to join.
