5-8 in your last 13 and go 'one and done' in a loss to #12 seed Colorado?

A.S.U. got screwed.

quit listening to ESPN so much, Baylor wasn't even the last team in from the Big 12, that was K-State...

Yeah, ASU's 19-12 record was really impressive and had the tournament committee drooling all over themselves. Or perhaps it was the Sun Devils' impressive RPI of #83. Or maybe it was ASU's sterling 5-5 record in their last 10 games.

If you hate Baylor, fine. But please come with something stronger than Arizona State smack.

arizona state not getting in i think was the biggest 'snub' - but baylor did not get their spot, i think arizona did....az state beat az twice and had a better overall resume than az, they sort of sputtered in their last 10, but i think they are still better....

Why trash another big 12 team for getting in? The more teams in from your conference the better it makes your conference look.

if you think ASU should have gotten in... blame Gonzaga or any SEC school for not winning their tournament and letting Georgia win and get the automatic bid... that ended any hopes...
my question is how can Memphis be a #1 seed if the conference they play in is so bad... UAB and Houston both put up 20+ win seasons and did not get a sniff because they are so bad but they are #2 & 3 in that conference...
but Texas has the advantage in the South since they will be at "home" basically the entire time

well, not exactly

the better your conference does in the tournament, the better it looks. Whether you have 3 teams or 9, greatness is measured on how your representatives perform when it counts

If ASU would have gotten in would that be the lowest RPI for an at large team in tournament history? There were 28 schools that had a better RPI than ASU that DID NOT get in. I can't believe there is so much talk about them (this year there were really no legit teams that got left out, so I guess they have to argue somebody), I have yet to hear a legitimate argument to why ASU deserved to be in. Most like to say they beat Arizona twice.....SO WHAT. Arizona was ranked in the 30s and ASU was ranked in the 80s. Arizona went out and played someone, ASU did not. Colorado beat OU and BU this year, does that mean they should take one of those schools places? Of course not.

Yes, it is.

In the regular season, yes.

We split games on each other's courts.

At Reed we managed to restrain ouselves from throwing stuff on our court during a game.

Baylor's got a chance if Purdue goes into this 'Krzyzewski' stall to protect a lead and stops being agressive on offense.
