If they lose in the first round it will be an even bigger choke job now then Dallas last year.

Wrong, because the West is wide open this year. The #8 seed will only be 5-7 games behind the # 1 seed.

No choke job will ever be as big as the one Dallas pulled last year.

Maybe if they have to play Dallas or PHX, but anyone else(GS, Denver) and it's the worst choke job of all time in the NBA. If tmac continues to be a second round virgin, houston can switch the motto to choke city officially.

Even though my favorite team is the Cowboys, those Dallas franchises have been recently grasping for air, if you know what I mean.

I dunno...between last year's first round meltdown and gagging away the title in '06, the Mavs have that market cornered right now.

Yeah, how quickly we forget that the Mavericks were 67-15 last year and lost to a 42-40 team

I guess that is one disadvantage of actually making it out of the second round this century.

With a little luck, this could of been 34 in a row! Rockets are 31-3 in their last 34 games. In those 3 losses, Houston held 4th quarter leads. T-Mac didn't play in the first 2 losses and Yao was out with the flu in the 3rd loss. Houston waisted a 16 point lead in their 4 point loss to Philly and faded late against NO & Utah.
