Yes but he is throwing the football. We just simply cant have that. No way, no how, no where! QBs in all red uniforms are not allowed to throw the football. I'm sure there must be a rule somewhere.:(

The good news is he has won three straight national championships and the same number of Heisman trophies on my 360.

Thats just because Sandifer is sharp enough to know, all you gotta do is put all your guys up on the line of scrimmage and gang tackle who ever gets the ball. Up the middle on 1st, pitch right or left on second, and QB keeper to the right or left on 3rd.
Frankly any D that gives up more than 100 to us should be ashamed. Clyde finally figured it out last year, Vernon has it down pat, but Sandifer figured it out several years ago. :(

It should have been a domination from the start, cause we had 6 starters in street clothes that night, but I think if youll go back and find the actual stats, you'll find it was a close game till the 4th quarter. Thats the year we lost to Tatum in the semis and still had a couple starters out, and Kendall Carrillo was practically playing on one leg. A pretty amazing season really, considering the unusually high amount of injuries we had throughout the season. I dont think we had a single game that season that we didnt have at least 3 starters out for every game. And since most of them were 2 way starters it made it twice as hard. So getting all the way to the semis that season was one helluva feat. Id love to have seen what they could have done without all those injuries.

yea i actually do remember you guys having a bunch of kids hurt. i was a junior that year. that game started to go our way for sure when jared robertson picked up a "fumble" and took it in for a TD. i played on that team and dont really think that it was a fumble.

Cant say that I remember that play specifically, but I do remember Jared. That young man was a beast for sure. Just had a hard time keeping his emotions in check all the time. He was competative as hell. Was he that way in practice to, or was it just in games? I heard he was actually a real likeable kid off the football field.

I saw him this time last year and he was the same as I remembered; big and goofy.

How ironic. This guy was 2-1 against Wylie and look what color he
used to wear.

I could be wrong, but if that is Kendall in this picture, I think that he is now wearing #36 for the burnt orange of UT.

he practiced with the same intensity thats for sure. i personaly never wanted to have to go head to head with him. but off the field he was a real good guy. easy to get along with and all. he works for the jail here in abilene now, good job for him i think haha
