this morning I paid the most for gas I have ever paid ---- $3.159 a gallon at the RaceTrac in Garland

the previous high for me was $3.14 just outside of Nashville, TN in September '05

dang ... how high is it gonna go?

i paid 3.69 in feb of 07 in California. I it gets to that here I am getting a huffy.

Sunday afternoon I spent $73.50 filling up my pickup. My monthly gas bill is now 3 times my electric bill and twice what my house payment was (before I finished paying it off). If this keeps up, I will not be able to afford to drive to work.

I just filled up my truck last night and it cost $71 frekin dollars!!!

That was the first time i've ever paid for my own gas, and I only done that cause I left my gas card at home.

i filled up sunday - but my drive to work is only .8 miles if i go the long way....the longest drive i make is to the golf course which only about 3 miles.....

i filled up saturday and i still have half a tank :D but i'm going to corpus today & ap friday so there goes the other half :weeping: LOL
