I want to propose legislation that bans sandpaper like toilet paper in schools and other public places.

Yeah, I hate the John Wayne toilet paper. I actually bring my own to work with me.

You wanna talk toilet paper? I spent some time in Russia in the late 70's and their toilet paper was 60 grit!!!!! And they would wait in line to buy it too.

That stuff in school is probably a 200 grit - iritating yes but the good communist stuff scarred you (if anyone would ever look that close). Maybe that is why they were all alcoholics back then - to forget their life was one big pain in the butt.
