West vs. Kennedale March 14th, opening of district. Won the Red Oak tournament last week, currently 9-2 on the season.

Yep, Baylor is getting a good one, Repka has the tools to be a fine college pitcher.

Way to go Kayla and Lady Pirates! Now if we can get one (over the fence) in Sinton before the year is out it will be great. It has been 8 long years.

I would have gone to Calallen but this cold weather plays havoc with my shoulder right now.

Guess you missed that one too. Someone already hit a HR (over the fence) in Sinton. I'm thinking it was a scrimmage against Tuloso-Midway. :thinking: I know it happened early and it was COLD & WINDY!

That pirate lingo cracks me up:D

That's what preseason ball is for, to iron out those inconsistancies... the difference in teams from the early season to where they are for postseason play most always impresses me! They just aren't the same teams you saw in Feb. and early March.

Good luck to all the softball ladies as district play cranks up!!!

Sorry but I only count it if it is in a legitimate game that counts and not a scrimmage. We had the wind blowing perfect against Miller but couldn't get one over the fence even though there was some great hitting.
