thought Sanger was better than this....game might have been closer .. but Sanger receivers dropped several passes that should have been caught....Celina's line and ball control and 0 turnovers was a big factor and I might add that my grandson's 130 or so yards rushing wasn't bad (especially since he didn't play any offense in the 1st or 4th quarter).

Congrats on a good win. I too expected it to be closer. 130 yards in 2 quarters? He had a good game.

I was impressed with both teams. They both handled the ball well on a wet field, and neither missed allot of tackles. Both should do well.

And yes, the grandson :p ran very well, and covered well also. You should be proud.

I heard a quote, "I have doubt", when predictions came in last week that Celina would win over Sanger in good fashion. In the same statement, a comparison to Pilot Point occured which claimed "possible" talent to be the only difference. This weekend should be convincing that C & PP are different teams.
