The crazy thing about Sapp is that he was originally a high-profile TE when he arrived on the Miami campus. Was an All-American TE and All-State LB while playing for Apopka High in Florida. The Hurricane coaching staff, though, put him on the scout team at DT one day during his redshirt freshman season and the rest is history.

He reportedly ran a 4.69 during his sophomore year in college at 290 pounds and had a vertical of 30 inches. I've never been able to do that even when I weighed half that.
