Rockdale wins Caldwell Baseball Tourney

The Tigers downed Salado 13-5 tonight to win the Caldwell Baseball Tourney tonight.

This was the first tournament the Tigers have won in many years. Congrats Tigers and to BG who was named tournament MVP.

Tigers move their record to 8-2 on the year I think. The Tigers are fielding a ery young varsity, a 98% sophomore JV and also a pretty large freshman squad.

Things are looking much improved in Tigerland these days........

Hutto managed to take third in Caldwell by beating Waco Robinson 13-8.
