:thinking: could someone tell me what a good time in the 800, mile relay, and the mile for a jr. high girl would be.

in the 800 i would say around 3:40. mile relay 6:00-6:30. the mile run can be a wide range about 8-9 mins

are u sure 340 is right? i thought my daughter said my granddaughter ran it in 2.36 in practice. she must of ran it in 3.36. guess i will find out tomorrow. she has her first track meet in marble falls then

2:36 would be awfully dang good for a JH girl! 2:26.57 won our district (Varsity) last year.

When I ran on JV I ran a 2:18 and got smoked...

Guy speed is a little faster than girl speed, most of the time. ;)
