Boyd vs. Bridgeport could be an interesting contest. Boyd, once a strong 2A program (anybody remember Billy Joe Tolliver?) has beaten 3A Bowie and gotten off to a pretty good start. Should be a good game between these two.
WF Hirschi and Vernon should be a good game, but I give the nod to Vernon. Hirschi has several good athletes, but never seem to put a good product on the field for all 4 quarters.
Greenwood and Snyder. What has happened to Snyder??? I thought that they were going to come on down to 3A and do some butt-whoopin'? Any comments from the Snyder faithful?
Sweetwater has another good measuring stick game vs Andrews 4A.
Graham vs Abilene Wylie. Let's name this one the "Reload Bowl". Both teams still have big, big question marks. Graduation hit both teams and I for one don't know what to make of either team. Graham hasn't played up to their potential. Offense is struggling, and the defense has holes.
Wylie is going with a lot of newcomers and isn't clicking on all cylinders yet. Could we see this as a coaching battle? In my mind I say yes. The team that has the best gameplan going into this one will win, and my money goes on Sandifer. That guy wouldn't leave Wylie for Mack Brown's job... LOL (Texas doesn't pay enough!!)

Hmmm... If the Bulls continue on the learning curve then they should handle Boyd okay. If not, it could be a REAL interesting contest.

Decatur should breeze again.

Lake Dallas should beat Pottsboro... Likewise Springtown over Lakeworth...
