I know how you like sport history. Well here goes, their are 5 Tarpon High School Football teams. I beleive I stated only two before, well there is a total of 5 teams. One in Texas and Flordia, all the others are in Lousinana. I just thought you might want to know! From the looks of these teams, we are in very good company. Many of these teams are powerhouses in the nation.

Thanks for the info BT74, I have seen a couple of the other High Schools. I saw how in LA they have up to 7A. I ran across a hockey team in IDAHO or IOWA one of the two can't recall named Tarpons. I though that was weird being a HOCKEY team and then being in a non-water state. Yes, looks the the fellow Tarpons have good teams also.
