From Navasota Examiner:
Three area students were tragically killed in a two-vehicle accident that occurred on Monday afternoon, just one mile west of Plantersville.
According to the DPS accident report, a 2003 Pontiac Grand AM was traveling west on S.H. 105 when it lost control, crossed the center line and struck a 2007 Ford F-150 driven by 38-year-old Mary Green of Plantersville on the eastbound shoulder of the road.
Occupants of the Grand AM, Spring ISD student Robert Jones, Navasota High School senior Charles Jessie, and Magnolia High School student Adrianna Walden, were all pronounced dead at the scene. The accident occurred at approximately 3:20 p.m.
Green was airlifted to St. Joseph's Hospital in Bryan where she is in serious, but stable condition, with back and leg injuries.
Navasota High School brought in counselors on Tuesday to help students cope with the loss of their fellow student.

This was a horrible wreck. Young people should not have to lose their lives like this.
