In the 4th I think it was 6 or 7 to 0, Bellville.

Bellville 10-0 in 6 innings. They hit the ball well tonight. Murphey had at least 10 strikeouts. Team looked good..

Game started out looking like a pitchers duel, Wharton's pitcher struck out the side in the bottom of the first.

A leadoff walk to Bellville in the second started a big inning for the Brahmanettes, key hits from the bottom of the order led to 6 Bellville runs in the inning, a very good sign for this team. Bellville pitcher only allowed 2 hits on the night keeping a good hitting Wharton team off balance.
