La Marque Open

Just read on TOC that Chris Jones resigned from La Marque to move closer to his wife's family in West Texas. He has no coaching job lined up.

Apparently Chris and his entire family decided they hated the place. He could have won a state championship there and still would have left. If the word I got about what he faced at La Marque is true, can't say as I blame him one bit. A knowledgeable friend of mine told me that La Marque is not exactly the "dream job" everybody thinks it is.

Was Chris Jones' brother in La Marque with him? If not where is he? And is his wife coaching?

Matt is the Head IT person at Refugio ISD and Tif is just teaching and taking care of 1st child. Not sure if either will ever go back to coaching!
