Any word on Hutto/Taylor girls OR LH/Cameron boys?

I know Taylor's girls won. Don't know about the LH/Cameron boys score.

If Liberty Hill won as expected, then Hutto is district champs with their win at Taylor tonight.

So do you know what that does for the girls? We won big. One of the moms told me if your girls won, there would be another 3-way tie. Does that put us in front alone? I haven't kept up with the rest of the district goings-on.

I haven't been able to keep up with the girls as much as I'd like to, but I think LH is alone in first now.

If I'm not mistaken, LH won district, Taylor finished second and Hutto third.

Mom,
I'm hurt that you didn't think of asking me, your own reporter! LOL

Liberty Hill's girls - because of Taylor's win over Hutto last night - claims the #2 seed out of 18-3A. The Lady Panthers will play China Spring on Tuesday night - time and place TBA.

BTW - a Hutto win over Taylor last night would have tied all three teams with 2 district losses apiece. As it is, Taylor (7-1) wins district, Lib Hill (6-2) is second and Hutto (5-3) is third.

Liberty Hill whooped up on Cameron

somthing like 67-36
I attribute it to the lack of the baseball cheering section due to a long practice

The girls' score was actually 62-36, Liberty Hill. Cameron kept it close early on (only trailing 16-9 after 1 period), but the Lady Panthers ripped off an 18-4 run over a period of 7:01 (from mid-second quarter to mid-third quarter) to ice the game.

Cameron hustled hard and the girls gave all they had last night; Liberty Hill honored six seniors - Lindsey Cantrell, Hannah Carson, Jesse Haberer, Lesley Means, Kylie Prior and Courtney Williamson - who played their last-ever home game at The Panthers Den.

Sorry! :( I knew about the 3-way tie potential, just not who/how it had all worked out. Hope to make the Tuesday game, but it's up in the air right now.
