Especially when they seemingly have the tiger by the tail?

Instead of a Super Bowl parade, Patriots sophomore defensive back Willie Andrews will be doing a perp walk today in Lowell District Court.

I believe that could be Willie Andrews of Longview, TX?

He is a graduate of Baylor University.

Oh and yes Longview, TX.

It was also previously reported that Andrews was arrested in his hometown of Longview, Texas, the summer before his freshman year of college when his car stalled on the highway and a trooper found a .25 caliber pistol in the trunk.
