Anyone Every Order From Dell.com??

How is their service? Products (besides computer products)? Like TV's, cameras etc............ I ordered a Sony Digital Camera thru them. It was the cheapest one I found online. I also bought an extra battery and more memory. Any horror stories?? LOL!!!

I have ordered from Dell.com numerious times successfully the last 4 or 5 years. No problems ordering or receiving. The biggest problems I have had with Dell has been dealing with their service department. The main problem has been that Dell has moved some of their service to India, Pakastan, or where ever and I can't always understand what the rep is saying. Just not the same as it used to be, and has been pretty frustrating in the past. Just talk American darn it!:mad: :mad:

bought my wife's computer from dell.com, but you have to wait a couple of weeks to get it at your doorstep

i love hers, though, and we are about to replace my laptop with a dell
