I was at the UIL Office this morning during the announcement. I was allowed to go upstairs to see the "War Room" where they have all the maps and rubber bands around the districts. It was quite interesting to see those. The 3A makes sense when you look at the map, honestly. It just seems wierd that LH, Burnet and the rest are in Region 1.
