I think the UIL put the districts and teams in certain regions to make the entire state more competitive. It appears that way to me. What do yall think?

no - thats not one of the criteria ... its about so much more than just football believe it or not

i think the regions got a little more balanced...but i would probably say that it was blind luck that happen...esp. with uil involved.
