24-3A 08 football season

Everybody knows that the 24-3A district as a whole was a lot weaker this year so that in mind how do you think it will be next year? any sleepers, is there going to be a power house, or will it be the same as this past season?....... ok sorry I should have done some research Wharton will be in district 26 next year along with Brookshire, Stafford, Sweeny, Needville, and West Columbia. But the Questions still apply

Madisonville - Returns a rivals 100 player in Chris Whaley at RB
Navasota - returns a lot of starters and an on the bubble Rivals 100 player in Dexter Pratt.
Caldwell - I'm not positive on what they have returning
Rockdale - Could be a sleeper
Rudder - new school so I have no clue about it.
Cameron - Probably smallest school in the district. Has talent but I don't know much about them either.
Taylor - probably won't be any good.
