Gilmer's new district is just about what I figured it would be with the exception of Bullard. What surprised me the most was moving to Region 3. Gilmer has been in Region 2 as long as I can remember. At least there will be new teams to play in the playoffs.
Any info on Gilmer's non district schedule. I know we play Jasper in week 0.

Wouldn't it be funny if we also played Jasper in Week 11? It's quite possible now.

Bullard was in our district when we moved back down to 3A exactly 10 years ago. The lights went out when we played them there, as I recall.

Yeah ...... no more Liberty-Eylau in the first round. That's a shame. That was beginning to be a big rivalry. I must say I'm definitely surprised about moving to Region 3. It also looks like Gilmer would be a Division II team if Chapel Hill makes the playoffs ...... which they should.
