No crying from me. Personnally, I think this is great. I will no longer have a 21 point rule at a Wylie home game.( that rule was ----as soon as Wylie had a 21 point lead, I would leave and go to Shotwell and watch whoever Abilene High or Cooper was playing. Nearly always made it before half).
It will be a tough district, but at least every week will be interesting and competitive. The fact is that a top 20 type team could be left out of the playoffs, but thats the way the cookie crumbles. Saddle up boys, it's going to be a long bumpy ride.
The reg 1 division 2 playoff bracket will be the toughest road ever in 3A football. If Wylie can get out, they actually catch a little break in Div 1:D

Canyon Lake probably isn't too pleased with their welcome into varsity competition. And Ingram is just pissed that they didn't go 2A so that they could start to schedule 1A schools.
