I like Wilbon quite a bit. Easily one of my favorite ESPN personalities. Prayers for a quick and complete recovery.

As long as he's okay, I think it would be funny if a doctor was talking to him, somebody came up and started talking to the doctor and the doctor told Wilbon "pardon the interruption".:D :D

One of a very, very small group of respectable media members who work for ESPN (And overall for the national media as well). They were joking around a bit this afternoon on PTI about Wilbon so I assume he'll be just fine.

I actually am one of the few that likes Kornheiser on MNF, but I agree that their shows are great...much better than Jim Rome or Stephen A.

well, if they were just joking around and Wilbon wasn't doing well, that would be pretty mean-sprited don't you think?

I can't stand Screamin' A, Scott Van Pelt, or most of the other guys on Sportscenter nowadays. I miss the days of Kenny Mayne being on everynight at 5.

I'm partial to John Anderson and Robert Flores. I still remember Flores from his days on KWTX CBS10 in Waco. Even back then you knew the guy would wind up making it big one day.
