how can you not want the pats to win this. This will probably never happen again and if it does it wont be for a long time.

Because Belichick sold his soul to the devil (as did J.J.) and he eats small children for his pregame Sunday brunch.

This is how i see it: if the Giants win, they will be remembered as another Super Bowl Champion team....but if the Patriots win they will be remembered as the "greatest team ever", which they are not, put them against the Doomsday D, or the Steel Curtain, or the Purple People Eaters and they score maybe 21 pts and have any of those offenses off those teams and they score 30+ pts on the Pats D...

so.....Go Giants (i also like Coughlin, since he was the Jags coach and all)

The Pats win and you have the 19-0 season. The Giants win and you have back to back SB Champs with brothers as the starting QBs!!! There's a better chance of another 19-0 happening before that again.

Some people say that if you are not willing to cheat then you don’t want to win bad enough. I say that’s bullsh*#. Winning with integrity is something you can cherish forever; winning after cheating holds little to be admired or cherished. Belichick is a CHEATER, he betrayed the Coaches fraternity.

Brady is a man whore, I think he has 3 kids out of wedlock now, and he walked away from everyone of them. What kind of role model is that?

Furthermore I think the league has been very generous with the Patriots, because undefeated teams create hype which intern means MONEY for the league and advertisers. Close call will favor the Patriots.

GO GIANTS!!!!

I also hope the Patriots spank the Giants to kingdom come and back.

BTW . . . The CalPreps of the NFL (forgot what website it is) has the Pats vs the Steal Curtain . . . Steelers win 17-14.

I've always been that way too. Never could root for another NFC East team.

However, after watching the Giants win two games in a row on all out effort and heart, I am going to root for the Giants in the Super Bowl.

I was a tmy sisters house and when the Pats/Chargers game was about to kick off her 6 and 4 yr old were asking who we were rooting for and I said the Chargers and so did all the other adults and someone said they hated the Pats so we all agreed with that sentiment and the 6 yr old said why does everyone hate them i responded, " They tried to kill baby jesus." My sister wasnt happy but everyone else laughed.

well, Phil, when a man and a woman love each other, or like each other a lot sometimes, or have had enough to drink, that's the start...if you want the rest of the story, you'll have to ask for it in a PM!

I'm pulling for the underdogs this year! I think the Giants have a much better chance to win than people give them credit for. The giants have won 10 road games in a roll and gave the Pats a run for thier money just a few weeks ago. Go Giants!!!!

I personally think there is nothing wrong with dating Tara Reid, and that's coming from the last time I saw her and she looked great.

I have mixed feelings about this game. I am a big Cowboys fan, understand that the Patriots are probably the better team, but still want the underdogs...I mean, Giants to win.......:D

Omg, P4S, glad I'm not hanging out with you for superbowl...I would have to treat you like the Packer fan in my family!

Deb, Tom Brady is NOT a reason to cheer for them...;)

You will both make me eat these words, but.....

GO GIANTS..... :)

I have two favorite NFL teams, the Dallas Cowboys and whoever the heck is playing aginst the Redskins. Giants are a close second to the latter.

I really don't care who wins this game. All I want is to see a good game! I don't want to see a blow out.

Oh, and Tom Brady being a pretty boy IS a reason to cheer for the Patriots! :inlove: :inlove: :D

Take the Pats to win but not to cover. Line is 12. It may go up a bit with public betting Fri-Sat. I think it might go as high as 14 before it’s over then settle at 12 1/2-13. NY has a good number of fans because it’s a large city. They will bet for the Giants later in the week. Vegas says 33-21 (12 point spread) and o/u of 54 (33+21). The best prop bet is a safety with odds of 1/10 (bet 100 win 10) only 6% of all NFL games ever have had a safety. Vegas has been making a killing on the Pats. Setting the line so high since mid-season. In the Pats last 10 games you are 2-8 if you picked them. Pats will go 19-0, shut Mercury Morris up, but won’t cover, unless Eli becomes Eli. Then it’s a blowout. If the G-Men get behind early and take the run out the Pats win big. Ill go NE 35 G-men 24 just so they won’t cover.
