Texas Supreme Court Justice in trouble

Texas Supreme Court Justice David Medina and his wife have been indicted in connection with a June fire at their Houston home, a representative for Mr. Medina's attorney said. A spokeswoman for attorney Terry Yates said a Harris County grand jury has indicted Mr. Medina's wife on an accusation of arson and Mr. Medina on an accusation of tampering.
