Chow was supposedly never on board with brining Vince in last year...i just dont think it was a good fit of styles

He wasn't on board at all with him. To be honest though, Tennessee has one of the worst group of WR's in the league. I don't really know how much can be pinned on Coach Chow when you have to run plays with a receiving corp that bad and a QB in only his second season.

If Garrett and Sparano both leave (which while it's looking highly possible, there's still a ways to go with each of htem), I think Sherman gets the job...for an offense that was so good for so long, I think the team will want to keep at least some semblence of consistency heading into next year.
