Signed a contract on our new house last night!!!!!

Man, the process of buying a house is tiring!!!!! We had had our house on the market for a couple months now and had recently found the one we really like. Found a nice couple that is going to lease ours so now we are able to buy the one we want!! YEAH!!

I cant remember...we have looked at so many! Bella will now have plenty of room to romp around. 2 1/2 acres! We are excited!

yeah from what i hear its REALLY hard to sell a house right now because the housing market sucks right now....my brother and his wife actually didnt have that hard of a time selling theirs though

we've had our on the market for a coupl eof months and just finally decided to lease it out!

My friend and his wife had their house on the Hawaii market for about 6 months, then did the same thing you did. They just decided to rent it out.

Yeah the market sucks...but it's better in Dallas than a lot of other places...

As long as you are fixed and you know the deal with your escrow you should be fine....two very simple things but for some reason thats what messes people up..
