student/teacher problem in Arkansas

I heard on the news that an investigation was started in a small town in Arkansas when rumors began circulating that a teacher had sex with a student. The problems got worse when they found out the the student was home schooled.:confused:

well more then likely they won't be able to do DNA test to solve it if it happen in Arkansas.
