Great move both ways! When Kubiak was QB for the Broncos and Gibbs was on the coaching staff, Denver averaged 124 rushing yards/game 9 TIMES!!! That is incredible.
As for Shanahan, it's good to have an OC that will foreseeably be here for the long haul and someone who is familiar with things. We don't have to worry about any down time due to players getting used to a new coach and new ideas. Kubiak will still do most, if not all, of the play calling, but it certainly is nice to Kyle to get this opportunity.
