I would say there's always doubt. Correct me if I'm wrong (and I'm sure you will). Didn't Roosevelt return all five starters last year from the team that was in the finals the year before and they lost in Bi District.

In 05-06, Roosevelt beat Carrolton Ranchview in the State Title game. The following year (last year) they were placed in the same District. I know Roosevelt was knocked out early by Kennedale but kennedale went on to play for a long while. I have no idea how many starters Roosevelt had back.
