To Road Runner users!

I've had a heck of a time getting on the internet today(especially 3ADL). Anyone else having trouble with your broadband? I called tech support and they said this is a state wide problem. Just curious to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

I've had problems for days with the DSL going down all of a sudden. Power down reset the modem and router, then it comes right back up. There is a theory this may be due to that "SoBig virus" bogging everything down, but, don't know for sure.

I noticed guys around town(Bridge City)working on the lines. Whether they were cable lines or what, I don't know. Also, had a few thunderstorms here today. But I have no problems with the roadrunner.

I haven't had any problems since my "disconnected" phone was turned back on!!! :D

no problems with my road runner at all.. been running great non-stop for 1.5 years, only lost it once in that time period (that I know of anyway)

Thanks guys, my connection would 'log off' after 10-20 min. I couldn't connect to anything afterward. It was very frustrating. I hope today will be better.
