During the 1st Half of the GMAC Bowl tonight, ESPN's Joe Schad reported that UCF RB Kevin Smith changed his mind today and decided to forego his Senior season and enter the Draft. UCF Head Coach George O'Leary has been told by several NFL GM's that Smith could go anywhere from the late 2nd Round to the early 4th Round.
